We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is your responsibility.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

We are a highly rated company and offer hassle-free returns. Please contact us for a return label. Orders may be returned up to 3 days from the date you received the package for a full refund minus shipping cost (both ways). If you would like to return a product from your order, simply send the unopened product back to the address below in its original sealed packaging. You can expect a timely refund upon the return of the product. If shipping was free for your order it will be deducted from the credit we apply to your credit card. Please note, we do not accept returns for testers (if purchased). There may also be a restocking fee of up to 30% if bottle is not returned in its original packaging.
We don't accept returns of Niche fragrances until and unless they are unopened and still sealed and never sprayed.
If a refund is to be provided for reasons other then damage to the product, www.fragranceprime.ca will not be responsible for the cost of return shipping for the refund and this amount will be deducted from your order amount.
We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee all products are 100% authentic. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong/damaged item.
